iTunes 11 Reportedly Debuting Today

In a profile of Apple SVP Eddy Cue, the Wall Street Journal reports that Apple's new iTunes 11 app will debut today. Further claims state that iTunes 11 was delayed due to engineering issues that had to require some re-building. Originally scheduled for an October debut, Apple announced in late October that the software would arrive in late November.

"We look forward to releasing this new version of iTunes with its dramatically simpler and cleaner interface, and seamless integration with iCloud before the end of November."
-Apple spokesman Tom Neumayr told CNET late October.

This new version of iTunes is going to include
- a new interface
- a new mini player
- improved iCloud media content synchronization
