Some may think an iOS 6 jailbreak is a year away. No, it is not. Several Twitter users claim to have a fully working iOS 6 jailbreak, but at they worth the trust? Don’t take the risk. Be sure to keep an eye on @planetbeing on Twitter. He has an iPhone 5 jailbreak, in case you live under a rock. It is tethered, and considered a “failbreak” meaning it can’t be released to the public, and needs an Apple iOS Developer account. Now, you might be thinking, I have a developer account! However, the only ones that get the jailbreak are developers, hackers, or trusted humans. Also, @MuscleNerd has an iPad mini “failbreak”, using the same exploit (bug in iOS that can be used to install a jailbreak) that David (planetbeing) used in his failbreak. @chpwn also has an iPad 4 failbreak. Same exploit. So, it seems, why don’t they release it?!? The answer is simple. Jailbreaks are hard, and take a lot of time. If you see any jailbreaks that do not come from trusted developers, stay away from them!
You may have noticed a “Dev Team” popping up around Twitter by the name of “ARB Dev Team”. One of its members, Mr_DuNh1ll, posted a fake video on YouTube showing his “jailbreak”. Clearly he has the old Settings icon. However, some may say, one of the members, bassamkassem, is trusted. He ported Siri to iOS 5.1.1 and his port is still available under the name of “[Ac!dSiri]. I can confirm his port is legit and fully working. So is Mr_DuNh1ll just trolling with the old icon, or does he have a jailbreak? You be the judge.
Be sure to always look at iPhone-dev.org for the latest news!

China Awards Apple Network License for iPhone 5, Mid-December Launch Expectation
China awarded Apple a network access license for the iPhone 5 giving Apple the stamp of approval to sell its latest handset in the country.
The Wall Street Journal discovered the license on a regulatory website Thursday. The approved handset models include the WCDMA and CDMA 2000 versions of the iPhone 5, compatible with China Unicom and China Telecom. However, there still isn’t a TD-SCDMA version approved for use on China Mobile, which is the countries largest carrier with close to 700 million subscribers, and by default the largest carrier in the world.
The approved licenses now make the way for an expected mid-December launch in China, but as of now that launch only includes the country’s second and third largest carriers. But, it’s tough to complain considering the hundreds of millions of potential new iPhone buyers Apple stands to gain access to. Still, add China Mobile into the mix and that hundreds of millions of potential buyers turns into a billion real quick.

Apple To Begin Trial Production of iPhone 5S In December?
The iPhone 5 is a very popular iPhone especially in its first weeks like all iPhones. But it has had a few problems like the screen glitches when you swipe to fast. Article here. And also people have been complaining a lot about how it doesn't fit in their hand as well as the other iPhones. So Apple is preparing to begin a trial production of a new iPhone 5, possibly the iPhone 5S in December. Initial product volumes are thought to be around 50,000-100,000. And they are rumored to enter volume production in the first quarter of 2013.

iOS 6.0.1 Update Brings iPhone 4S Battery Issues
Note: This doesn't affect all iPhone 4S devices.
The iPhone 4S was is considered one of the best smart phones ever made, but it seems to have always had trouble with battery life. When the 4S was first made its problems had started it had battery issues up until iOS 5.1.1 which fixed the battery life. Then Apple made iOS 6 which gave the iPhone 4S Wi-Fi issues, so Apple fixed the Wi-Fi issues with iOS 6.0.1 and now the 4S has battery life issues again. That may be why Apple has already released iOS 6.1 beta but we will just have to see when they finally fix the battery life in the ground breaking iPhone 4S.

Apple Now Has A Patent For A Round Rectangle
The '286 patent awarded on Tuesday appears to give Apple the exact patent the Samsung and Apple critics have erroneously claimed that the '889 patent was. The patent includes a number of drawings of the original iPad design, with most of its uniquely identifying features in dashed lines. As stated in the patent description, "broken lines in the Figures show portions of the portable display device which form no part of the claimed design."
The only unbroken line in all the figures is the outline of the flat, rounded rectangular front face of the device. All the other identifiable features, such as the speaker grille, round home button, display size, Dock connector, or even its curved back, are not covered by this design patent.

New Ideas from Jony Ive
As we probably all know by now Jony Ive is taking over for Scott Forstall. For full article click here. But anyway he has planned to do lots with iOS and OS X within this year.
New York Times said he will
"waste little time in putting his own stamp on the look of the company’s software, including iOS for mobile devices and OS X for Macs."
Which i personally cant wait for because of this very reason...
"You can be sure that the next generation of iOS and OS X will have Jony’s industrial design aesthetic all over them,” said an unnamed designer who works at Apple. “Clean edges, flat surfaces will likely replace the textures that are all over the place right now.”

iPad Mini a lot Like an iPod Touch
The new iPad Mini is more like an iPod Touch 5G than it other iPad family which i know sounds surprising but it is Apple.
Similarities
-iPad Mini casing is made from hand carved aluminum with rounded rear edges.
-Metal is also used for both the volume and mute buttons.
-Both have rear facing 5MP auto-focus camera, and a front facing FaceTime HD camera.
-Both powered by Apple's own 32nm A5 processor.
This doesn't have anything to do with the iPod 5G but the iPad Mini is the only iOS device to have stereo speakers...so far.

@MusleNerd Exposes 2 iOS 6 Jailbreak Frauds
On twitter someone new has popped up "@JHerthop, he claimed that he was working on an iOS 6 and iPhone 5 and iPhone 4S jailbreak.
Some of his Tweets
"Enjoying some nice hacking with some pizza. Definitely the jailbreak for iOS 6 is near finished. ;)"
"Readers: iPhone 4S untethered jailbreak is almost finished :)"
Then after a couple days he sent out this
"Bad news. Apple will probably be releasing iOS 6.0.1 along with the ipad mini Tuesday. Possibly a very important exploit will be patched :("
People were now catching on to "@JHerthop because jailbreakers usually work very quietly not tweeting everything out.
"Let's see a video of your jailbreak."
"Make a video showing the device jail broken and actually show the device, not an emulator on a computer monitor"
"Can u supply a screenshot of the application? Of at least Cydia running on your iPhone?"
After he got these requests he made a donation website called Claash.
"Can u show like Passbooks or something else opening? I don't see it there, I just need enough proof to donate big"
"Listen man, I really think you should stop with your whole #claash bs! It's not helping anyone, and very misleading!"
" LOL I think you're stalling..."
"Show us proof! I want to believe you, but no one has seen anything."
" Please just stop buddy. your not fooling anyone but yourself."
Then the big guns came out @MuscleNerd got in the situaltion
"It's almost always teenage boys who pull this stuff... it's really is quite hard for anyone to come up to speed on all the stuff to create a JB today... [and] when they do (Comex and @pod2g are good examples of this) they don't make some big splash on Twitter first. They work quietly... if you read @mdowd's or @pod2g's stuff or look at Comex's github, it's incredibly technical, and a 15yo simply isn't going to do that unless they're a genius, but a genius wouldn't act like this on Twitter"
Finally he gave up

iTunes 11 Release Date Delayed
Apple said in September that they were going to release iTunes 11 in October, well on the last day in October we find out we have to wait until November!
Apple Said
"The new iTunes is taking longer than expected and we wanted to take a little extra time to get it right. We look forward to releasing this new version of iTunes with its dramatically simpler and cleaner interface, and seamless integration with iCloud before the end of November."
iTunes 11 is planned to have a better iCloud integration, which will bring some cool new features to the new version.

Search Google Easier with"Easy Way"
With EasyWay you can search Google faster and easier. When you download it no icons will be added to the home screen. There will also not be a page in the Settings app, so you will need to go to Activator and set the activation method. Also you can open Facebook , Twitter and the Apple website. The last option in the interface is you have a brightness slider, which is kinda random but hey its another add on.
Name: EasyWay
Price: FREE
Rating: 6/10
The interface could be better but its incredibly handy.
